Community Tasting Notes 1

July 31, 2018 - This note is for the Sta Rita Hills Chard.Mountain range runs east west, causing wind gap. Heavy cinnemon and vanilla punch right off the bat. Ripe yellow fruit. 50 % oak, spontaneous malo 50%. 8 mo lees. Ripe and ripe palate. oily and creamy. Balanced across palate offers what you are looking for I suppose, but acid is non existant, causing some flabbiness in the wine.
