December 25, 2022 - Super rich nose of zingy lemons and limes, citrus oil and buttered toast, with hints of vanilla and toasty, charred notes. Pungent and concentrated. A reductive note blows off more or less after 45 mins. Full bodied and rich mouthfeel, huge concentration, this is powerful with finely balanced acidity and creamy notes emerging. The finish does not quit. This still feels like a baby, with huge potential. 93+

Gorgeous wine! Apple, pear, and creamy butter on the nose and smooth charred butter with some lime and a hint of bitterness on the palate. Pure delight. -
