April 15, 2020 - Incredibly smooth for a Niigata sake. Was really impressed

August 16, 2019 - From 300mL. Very pale lemon-clear; high intensity aromatics, robust tropical fruits, melon, slight citrus, slight yeast (though the dairy mentioned in another note may be more accurate; palate is medium-full bodied, similar robust flavors with some melon, creamy texture, balanced 15.5% alcohol; medium length finish. I would call this a robust sake, creamy and textured, tropical fruit dominant, balanced but not elegant or pure/crystalline as some other notes describe. It is very good for the price. 90-91
