February 23, 2024 - T's 45th Birthday (Søllerød Kro): From magnum that was disgorged in 2022/23.
What a HUGE wine with the recent disgorgement. Explodes out of the glass with lemon and green apple fruit and the palace is packed with depth, intensity and a youthful balance.
The lemon acidity is vibrant but complex and keeps evolving in the glass where it seems like an extremely young wine. I would not have thought that a late disgorgement would be able to maintain this amount of freshness over so many years. Hugely impressive!
If the bottle was kept for 5 more years subsequently adding more complexity to the wine I don't see how it wouldn't be able to reach a 99p level.

June 25, 2021 - BYO US Wines (@Terkel): Lovely aged wine. Still some freshness but not a lot of bubbles. Clearly an old wine. Always a pleasure to taste a Champagne with this type of age!

September 4, 2015 - Lovely aged Champagne that really blossomed in the glass. It was a little nutty at first but with air you got brioche and truffle and earth notes. It was full and creamy in the mouth. The back-end is just drying out a touch and there's a big squeeze of lemon and some fruit rind bitterness. A gentle prickle from the remaining bubbles remind you that this is Champagne.

July 9, 2015 - good filling level, dark golden colour, just a few bubbles in the mouth, only few aromas in the nose of dried apricots, still good acidity, in the palate some honey and hazelnut, middlelong finish, I expected more
