March 26, 2018 - Major effervescence upon opening this bottle. After pouring a glass, I used the screw cap to seal the bottle and gave it a good shaking. The bottle was pressurized when I opened it back up and there was a head of carbonation on the top. After a few minutes, it was much better. Still flawed none the less. The last bottle I had wasn't like this. Sometimes live yeast makes it into the bottle.
