September 24, 2019 - Ginger cookies, noble oak, smoke, spices(a lot), roasted meet.
Very intense, profound, dense.
A wine to smell during hours.

August 2, 2018 - One of those wines that leaves you speechless, so intense initially, salty and powerful, and then it opens up into waves of hazlenuts, almonds, with fruity orangey notes. Extraordinary length and power.

Bright, dry, and oxidative, this shows age-earned depth and nutty flavors -- but this is still very vibrant, with a pronounced saline element. November 20, 2014 - 5 months under cork now, the bottle is just glorious and a serious improvement from my first note. Seems to need a couple of months open to really hit its stride. Much less salty, darker and with richer nut and trace honey notes. Mesmerising with olives and chorizo before dinner. Deliberated on the score, but it really was this good on the night - esp with savory food (a must!). The best wine I've had all week.
