  January 1, 2006 - Bright med ruby, light rims, aromas of dill, toast, coconut, some fruit, vanilla, b3, a4, t3, vanilla shaded fruit, turns tart & firm w/sharp finish, d2, still very oaky but passable

  August 7, 2004 - Dark garnet colour. Aromas of cassis, mint, coffee, and toffee. Medium-full bodied with coffee, toffee and black fruits. Moderate-long finish with cassis, coffee, and pepper notes.

  February 4, 2004 - Med ruby, orange tint, gobs of vanillan oak on nose, mocha faint fruit, b3+, a3, t4+, thick Y rich on palate w/mocha, & some spicy fruit, mint, velvety texture w/shart tannic backbone, nice if it weren't for all the oak!, turns a bit more rustic w/air, d4, way too much wood, overpowers what might have been good fruit (3.5)
