April 19, 2024 - Clear, medium gold yellow with a very delicate bubble
On the nose we have medium intensity lots of brioche citrus like lemon and some stone fruit
Dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity, medium+ aftertaste and a very nice and delicate bubble.
I like this wine it’s not the best champagne I’ve ever had but it’s definitely a good champagne I would rate this 85/100 I would like a little more complexity but it’s very nice to drink and celebrate something for me it was the start of the weekend today. -

February 18, 2024 - No information on the label re disgorgement etc and no QR code (that I could find anyway).
The medium golden color suggested some age.
Pronounced nose of green apple, citrus and some pastry and honey notes. Nothing spectacular but a lot more than expected from this "entry level" cuvee.
Medium bodied on the palate with acidity on the medium side ( so much lower than many NV cuvees). Lots of flavor concentration with a dry medium plus finish.
Overall an excellent bottle- clearly to drink now. -
