May 2, 2015 - 1st of a trio of our 2nd-flight wines. White-flowers and a whimsical of peach on the nose, with a little noticeable heat (alcohol) as well. Lemons and citrus on the palate, quite intense. After some time in the glass, there was also a slight note of caramel on the nose. Balanced and long. Qualitatively a better wine than all from the 1st-flight, this looked like it could still improve with more cellar-time...
