April 13, 2020 - Very nice dry Riesling; very consistent bottle to bottle. Mineral and some citrus on the nose; more mineral, lime and softer notes on the palate with just the right amount of acid. Holds up to food, including spicy food, extremely well.

November 16, 2019 - Bone dry with lots of Riesling character; citrus and esp. mineral. Seems like it needs more time to develop though holds up fine with spicy food now.
