April 30, 2022 - New world cab, earthy with some dark fruit on the nose and palate, some oak, medium acidity with a medium dry tannic finish. Unlikely to benefit from more time in the cellar.

April 2, 2021 - Minty notes throughout with blackberry and cassis along with some blueberry skin, and hints of smoke.
Silky mouthfeel after about an hour and a half, hints of mocha blackberry and dried leaves on the finish. -
