Community Tasting Notes 1

April 11, 2021 - nose - plums, cherries, the nose gives off fruit warmth if that makes any sense. possibly some higher toned raspberry notes as well
mouth - cornucopia of fruits, hearty and a touch rustic but very genuine, lovely plummy sour notes on the midpalate and finish, with still considerable tannins. Quite gulpable, it strikes me as though they threw all the fruit in and left, letting it do its thing. Kind of interesting to taste this style coming out of burgundy, where I suspect there used to be a lot more wine like this.
