Community Tasting Notes 3

August 13, 2017 - Zippy limey acidity and a good finish. Not overly complex but exceptionally well made and balanced. Drinking beautifully now.

April 13, 2017 - The nose is floral and herbaceous, but the palate is a one two punch of green fruit followed by a wham of acid on finish. Not harsh, but not well integrated, either. Tasty and easy to drink.

On day 2, softer and more integrated, but also showing a bit more acid. Not sure that this means for long term aging potential but this is showing reasonably well now.

January 8, 2017 - This is a bone dry but fruit driven riesling with stone fruit, citrus, and an acid finish. Tasted at Moore Bros, NJ, and picked up a few bottles.
