December 5, 2014 - Slightly disappointing from this infamous plot bordering the Grand Cru site. A bin end wine I picked up a while ago and thought the year and pedigree were surely a great combo. What I got however was lots of oak and very little fruit concentration. The wine was slightly one dimensional, possibly past it's peak.

April 21, 2011 - absolutely shut on the nose even after an hour of air. The palate, however, was open for business and just entering its drinking window. sharp, balanced and no hint of premox. primary with a trace of qwood. once the nose comes out this would be a lovely wine
