    February 7, 2024 - Blind....light ruby in the glass. Decanted 3 hours.

Nose of pure Pinot fruit, flowers at the outset and for 15-20 minutes thereafter. After that, I thought it was a Nebbiolo given the nose change to cherry and lightening of color in the glass. Raspberries and tea on the palate early on, just a classic Pinot. I think the airtime hurt this one. 94 early, 90-92 the rest of the time.

April 29, 2023 - Decanted an hour, served with roasted pork loin. Opens with red and black fruits, roasted herbs, earth, tobacco and spice. Layers of flavor with red and black fruits, raspberry, damp earth, tobacco and spice flavors. Medium body with a smooth finish. Well balanced. In its drinking window, but no hurry to open.

September 14, 2021 - Nice fruit but not over the top, mid palate is rich. finish medium length. there is a hint of sour taste on the finish that seems stemmy.

I suspect that this will be better with more time.

January 31, 2021 - 12.7% abv. Medium-light burgundy red, very aromatic. On the palate, red raspberry, blue fruit, mint and cinnamon. Tangy and penetrating. Medium bodied, excellent length. Very enjoyable now, but should improve over the next 3-5 years.
