November 29, 2020 - PNP
A bit light for a "100%" cabernet with strong structure. The acid is a little strong as per my previous notes. Sour cherry is the predominant, also notes of Plum, and hints of strawberry, red fruit. Hint of cedar box. Good mouthfeel, but would do well with around 5 more years. Decent wine, but not a go to. -

I have to say this wine pop and drinks better than almost any I have ever had. Just coming out of the bottle from the start. Nice flower petals, sour cherry, black cherry, good mouth coating. Hint of tar, fresh cedar, some jelly donut. Nice wine, good balance. Medium acid, medium weight. Hints of dirt in a nice way. This wine is hitting me the right way today. -

July 19, 2020 - PNP
I find it much better than the previous 2 hour decant. Elegant, with strong structure. The acid is a little strong for my liking, but not too disturbing. Silky mouth feel. Plum, sour cherry on the nose, hints of strawberry, red fruit. Hint of cedar box. Very nice mouthfeel, but would do well with around 5 more years. Good wine, but a bit more years would do well. -
