April 15, 2024 - My first Alsace Grand Cru and it was a winner. At its peak, I would think right now. A harmonious blend of elegance and sturdiness. It opens with some rubber hose that moves into the background to allow honey, flinty stone, and ripe pear/yellow apple.

May 15, 2021 - Medium yellow with some green. Classic black tea aroma. Just off dry stone fruit, excellent density, stony edge, quite powerful with strong acidity. Very impressive bottle that obviously has a long way to go.
