April 8, 2017 - Open, pour, decant, whatever you need to do then wait at least 20 min. for the tart bitter flavors to burn off. Then becomes quite nice. Primarily strawberries on the nose. Light color and weight. Good acidity. Flavors of strawberry and a little earth. Not overly complex but quite nice. So far I prefer the Huntington. Bluffs and Rivera still to come.
