  October 26, 2018 - Consistent with previous note, took some time to come around and was then quite enjoyable. Dark fruits, coffee, medium tannins w/slight bitterness.

  July 31, 2018 - After a poor opening impression, this wine came around 30 minutes in and was trending up after 90 minutes. Good color, really nice acidity, and good Syrah character. Different than the ‘13 where I picked up a lot more Grenache. This was darker, fuller. Day 2 note - further improvement, would re-buy.

  April 25, 2018 - Maybe we got a bad bottle but it was awful stuff... sour and green, unpleasant flavors. Poured it out.

  November 3, 2017 - A little flabby but on point for location and varietals. One of better TJ wines I have had. May get another to see what another year does to it.
