April 23, 2024 - Dinner at Coulisse (Amsterdam, NL): [Restaurant purchase] Great bottle to finish the evening. Medium+ intensity on the nose with grapefruit, lemon, lemon peel, minerality, hint of petrol. High acidity, very long finish. So much energy on the palate!

April 11, 2023 - This was a great bottle of wine, but it needs plenty of air to turn the initial petroleum nose into a rich lime bouquet. The second day was so much better than the first that it didn't seem like the same wine. Great purity, mouthfeel, aftertaste, and well integrated citrus and white fruit flavors.

April 18, 2022 - Served with Easter dinner. I only got a few sips before it was gone. I thought the fruit and acidity were in excellent balance without excessive sweetness. Very clean flavors and mouthfeel. We probably drank it a little too soon.
