March 19, 2023 - Excellent Sauternes de haut vol ;-)
Nez: melon, ananas, botrytis. Equilibre magique en bouche, entre une liquorosité importante et une acidté vive. Déjà délicieux aujourd'hui, sera certainement superbe dans 20 ans. -

August 29, 2022 - Un peu fort sur le sucre, sans trop de précisions sur les aromes. On dénote cependant l'abricot.

November 2, 2020 - Nectar succulent avec des notes de miel et d’abricot. La texture est suave, avec juste ce qu’il faut d’amer pour rendre le tout frais. Se boit super bien, même par lui même.
