  December 30, 2022 - Perfect bottle. Glorious bouquet of drying flowers and soft spicy red fruit. Developed and nuanced but not fully tertiary, has plenty of life and lightness. Fully resolved and integrated and silky soft. Rosy. Notes from memory a few nights ago but a completely perfect and stunningly fresh bottle.

Some enjoyed it, some said it seemed like a different wine. Personally not my favorite of the night. At the end of the night it almost smelled like pine sol. 3/3 in the flight.

  January 29, 2021 - DRC GE Lunch: Fake bottle, ouch. And not a well done fake at that: someone put sherry in a DRC bottle, no resemblance whatsoever to the genuine wine.
