April 1, 2013 - For a 10 year old, $9 wine, this is exceptional. Popped and poured with 20 minutes of air time in the glass. Plenty of dark fruits, both in the nose and across the palate. Finish is well defined and lingered nicely. Some hints of oak, cassis, and chocolate. Picked this is in 2006, so well worth the wait.

September 23, 2010 - This bottle much better than last. Initial nose was of crisped crackers, then to toasted oak. For a $10 wine, in non-ideal ageing conditions, this wine has layers and substance! Great job, as always, CC--
