  Very nice 'Go-to' Celebratory Sparkling Wine. Yeasty nose, Bright, and Refreshing on the palate. Minerally Finish.

  December 31, 2022 - Mineral-driven Blanc de Blancs with notes of peach pit, pear skin and mild yeast notes. Moderately aggressive bubbles with a clean, tongue drying finish.

  December 21, 2022 - The Fifth Annual Largest Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine: Retail $24. 90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Gris. Pale straw color with a shy nose. Some yeastiness and a hint of fruit. Quite dry and mineral on the palate with reserved fruit and a bit of salinity. Very nice. 90 Points.

  August 1, 2022 - Nose was a bit strange. Palate was nice though, and gave the typical pear, lemon, apple, crisp acidity, and some firmness.
  I think, at this price though, there are certainly higher quality sparkling wines to be had, especially if you ditch blanc de blancs and look for cremant d'alsace or cremant de loire. It lacked the vibrancy and fullness on the palate that I frequently experience from those French competitors at the same price point.
