  December 19, 2010 - Holiday Gathering: Still youthful but the light apple pear fruit is now starting to fade slightly into a deeper more integrated generic fruit/yeasty aroma/flavor. Light and crisp in the mouth with good harmony, elegance and class. Overall, nice wine, excellent seafood accompaniment, upside. Consistent notes from several bottles the last 6 months. Very good range.

  June 9, 2007 - Soft nose of yeast and dried fruit, with sharp tartness and a burst of bright fruit on the palate (pears, apple) with a smooth finish. The acidity was a bit overwhleming for me, but still a very well-integrated light-bodied sparkler.

  December 25, 2006 - I'm not much of a champaigne guy, but this was good. Pear and apples, but subtle, not too sweet like most other sparkling wines in this price range.
