January 18, 2009 - Tastes like weak ginger ale and feels like soda given the huge bubbles. Not impressed.

June 1, 2008 - Tonight, Pam used this to make Bellini's, and it was absolutely perfect. Why use a good bottle of Champagne or sparkling wine when it is going to be mixed?
A taste of the bubbly before hand revealed typical Chardonnay aromas, of sweet citrus, lemon, lime, and a hint of mint. The palate revealed more lemon and citrus flavors, with the faintest hint of pineapple and green apple. For under $8, this is a good sparkling to use as a mixer for your favorite bubbly cocktail.
Pam made the Bellini's tonight with a nice strawberry nectar, with fresh cut strawberries and raspberries. Needless to say, this was the perfect summer sipper on a beautiful first of June. As for the sparkling itself, I would rate it at 82 points, and would say that it is a good QPR. Will definitely buy again to use for sparkling wine based cocktails!
