February 22, 2017 - Structured, ferrous, and liner not unlike a Right Bank Bordeaux. The nose has blackberry fruit sweetness, currants, and vanilla over kirsch, wintergreen, and crushed rocks. Full bodied and dry, with dark fruit flavors, plummy acidity, and a hint of bitters. Wet stones on the warm and granite-like finish.
