November 27, 2018 - Very good. This wine had a lot of aromatic and textural complexity. I liked how notes of spearmint and other green herbs added interest to fruity notes of bright pear, cantaloupe, and lime.

October 3, 2018 - Good alternative to SB, good acid, no oak. Food wine. Drank over 3 days and showed little deterioration, so should keep, though probably no reason to age beyond 2018

October 2, 2017 - Garnacha blanca del Priorat, elaborado con una maceración pelicular prefermentativa. No ha tocado madera. Pajizo brillante. Nariz intensa, con notas de manzana verde, algo de pera madura, toques de hinojo y cierta mineralidad. En boca tiene buen ataque, el paso es cremoso, no anda mal de acidez, ligeros amargos, estructura media y bastante longitud. Quizás algo de botella le siente bien.

Se les ha ido la mano en hinojo en nariz, parece un verdejo. Densa y con personalidad por otra parte en boca. Quizás un poco alcohólica pero tiene longitud y un amargor con el que acompañar comida.
