December 9, 2015 - From magnum. Higher dosage and a sweeter style. Light oxidative notes and a clear mustiness. Dry ginger on the nose. This bottle lacked the depth of similar style but better wines of the vintage.

December 30, 2014 - Extraordinary intensity for a champagne this old. Very fresh with a good backbone of acidity and good sweetness to the lemony fruit. Mature flavors of yeasty bread, golden lemons and caramel. Superb complexity on the finish. Really, really impressive and still with a ways to go.

December 29, 2014 - From magnum. Nose of french toast, brioche, red plum, lemon, rising bread dough, and asian pear. Depths of flavor in the palate. Red plum, pear, honey and custard apple precede yeasty elements. Long finish and a wonderful overall experience.
