February 18, 2023 - The prior note from LakeVino is spot on. I would only add to all of those excellent descriptors with a comment about the creamy, luxurious mouthfeel. This is a delicious and distinct bubbly that won't be confused for French in any way, though it very much deserves to be tried.

February 5, 2023 - A very well built, solid sparkling rose, that manages to reflect both varietal composition and region fairly well. Nose has a bright lemon-strawberry fruit undergirded by an earthy minerality. Ripeness seems consistent with likely elevation/slope terroir. Palate has good acid, mineral foundation, but serious fruit. A bit of toast on top of it. Not champagne, and does not really try to pretend to be - but in its own way, has a quality on par wiht many of their rose bottlings - at about a third the price. Very good at the table.
