  November 24, 2023 - Very enjoyable, but seems to be thinning out a bit with age, more medium bodied now. Still plenty of Rutherford fruit flavors.

  June 14, 2023 - Cabernet bouquet leapt out the bottle. Fill just under cork. Stored in a cold cellar for seven years. Deep red. Lovely smooth tannins with black fruits dominating. Excellent balance. Bought on an off chance at a closing down sale. For various reasons have drunk relatively few Californian wines and looking at reviews of 2003 vintage not expecting much. Quite wrong! Time in hand but no reason to keep.

  May 15, 2023 - Opened for 1 hour from a magnum
  Definitely peaking or even on slight decline. Acid is very well integrated into the wine and the tannins are round and soft. Most of the fruit is gone, but you do have some juicy overripe blueberries still there. Almost a bubble gum type flavor along with minerality, iodine, sea water. Really enjoyable wine. Good mouth feel. Drink them if you have them.
