December 25, 2023 - Slow ox one hour. Nice magenta - no signs of oxidation. Absolutely delicious! Lots of ripe cherries and spices on the aroma as well as the palate. Complex, with interesting structure - a good dollop of acid and tannin. Seems like this has several years of continued development.

April 12, 2021 - Always a more substantial pinot, with more structure, character and terroir than any other Cali pinot. Top notch, and '15 was a superb vintage.

December 24, 2020 - Drinking well even without a decant. Starting to show some early secondary characteristics (tea leaf, smoked meat), but with room for further development over the next several years.

December 17, 2020 - This is a great wine. Great depth of fruit, acidity is great, and there are a lot of complex flavors that come out over time. Wish I had more of this.
