  March 3, 2021 - Excellent wine. Unmistakeable Rioja. Lashings of vanilla, fresh fruit and leathery spice. Packs a punch and has ageing potential. Fruit more noticeable than last time I tried it, so grabs itself an extra half star!

  November 11, 2018 - Appearance:The wine is Clear with a Medium Ruby colour.
  Nose:The nose is Clean and Developing, showing Medium(+) intensity primary aromas of red cherry, raspberry, black cherry; secondary aromas of smoke, vanilla and tertiary aromas of leather and mushroom. Ingrid was picking up some Xmas-sy notes: Burnt Orange.
  Palate:The wine is Dry in the mouth with a Medium(+) level of acidity. It has Medium(+) Ripe/Soft tannins and a Medium(+) Level of alcohol (13.50%). It has Medium body and Medium(+) intensity primary flavours of red cherry, raspberry, black cherry; secondary flavours of smoke, vanilla and tertiary flavours of leather and mushroom. The finish is Medium(+).
  Conclusion:This is a very good quality wine with good concentration and length. It has a complex aroma/flavour profile encompassing primary fruit, secondary and tertiary character. The tannins are soft and well integrated.

  August 22, 2018 - Decanted for an hour, this is coming full bodied, meaty, smoky with juicy blackcurrant very delicious and ready for drinking.
