December 26, 2020 - Decanted for 2 hours. Prune and licorice flavours are strongest. Flavours are soft, tannins still showing at the end. Slightly floral which must be coming from the small amount of Viognier.

June 16, 2019 - Drinking nicely. Popped and poured after about an hour, but maybe would have benefitted from decanting - a moderate sediment at the bottom.
Smooth tannins and good fruit. Very pleasant with a grilled tenderloin. -

April 30, 2017 - 8% viognier co-ferment
Mature silky nose
Thick silky tannins, soft black fruit is surprisingly intense. Density is penetrated by long fruit and olive notes leading into a dusky finish
