March 24, 2017 - Although this is young, it has the elements for marvelous long-term aging as the balance is spot on. There is a classic petrol nose that comes through the clean, refreshing fruit-laden acidity on the nose. The palate has sweetness, weighty fruit and some grassy flavors before the finish provides the sour acidity counterpoint. Lovely stuff.
