Community Tasting Notes 2

June 29, 2008 - Very faint smell of lemon and apple. Pale straw color with very little legs. Sharp taste of lemons and a slight hint of sweetness. A subtle taste, but when eaten with spicy food, the flavor ripens and becomes much more bold. Recommend with Thai or Mexican food with some kick. A very good wine, but score took a bit of a hit because one fellow taster really disliked the clove/nutmeg taste.

May 1, 2007 - Nose had a hint of citrus oil that gave almost a soapy quality, but no hint of this on the palate where there were further citrus notes w/ pear and a light, flowery finish.
