June 28, 2017 - Very soft and subtle. Has a spiciness to it that sits in back of your mouth making you want to drink more of it. The nose is of clean soft earth with a touch of new crisp oak. It's a very easy wine to open and drink on its own. The acidity is only there upon opening but disappears shortly after it airs.
