May 23, 2023 - Ruby color with light red rim. Notes of blackberry, cigar box, cedar and eucalyptus leap from the glass and onto the palate. Medium-long finish. Full bodied. Tannins have integrated nicely. A great QPR from Boardeaux. It was fun to watch it unfold throughout dinner and the night. I didn’t defant, I like following from the time it has been opened unless I feel a defant is necessary. With this particular bottle I didn’t feel decanting was necessary. It was great from the start.

May 7, 2023 - Plenty of ripe red and black fruits, plums, leather and tobacco.

September 4, 2022 - Sour cherries are the only fruit i get out of it, otherwise it's earthy bordeaux. Tannins are nice and soft, and for the price i can't complain.
