Community Tasting Notes 2

March 16, 2020 - This is one of my favorite producers in terms of quality vs price. And this Bourgogne tastes more expensive than it really is. But it certainly is the stereotype of the 2015 vintage: ripe, hot, round. I might have even guessed New World. That doesn’t mean it’s bad; in fact it was just fine with a lentil-mushroom stew. But it’s a rich, flavorful, ripe Pinot noir.

November 29, 2017 - Little alcohol on the nose with strawberry and raspberry notes. Berry and cherry flavors, lite spine of acid needs time
