Community Tasting Notes 4

November 17, 2022 - Not sure if this is premoxed or a bad bottle, but it was way more advanced than expected with not much pleasant going on.

April 1, 2022 - Petrol nose. Lemon zest, oyster shell. Nice typicity. Missing a bit of acid and oomph in midpalate.

June 24, 2021 - Austrian Wine Masterclass - The Art of Wine; Down to Earth; 6/24/2021-6/29/2021 (Praelum Wine Bistro): Pale lemon, and starbright. Chive herbaceous nose. Slightly riper palate, with apples and white peach, and a somewhat creamy texture. Medium length

June 24, 2021 - Deep golden color in the glass. Truly unique nose that you can only detect in the premium producers of Wachau Riesling - some kinda of smokiness, but not an oak type. It's like a smoked fish aroma complemented by firecrackers, burnt pineapple, green apple and baked peach. Powerful on the palate with a lot to give. Even at 12.5% this is an undervalued beast of a wine.
