  December 22, 2022 - Very tart cherry, prune, and rhubarb on the palate, which made it pair poorly with a beautiful roast beef tenderloin. Had this as a pop and pour, so I’ll revisit this tomorrow and see if I like it better then. Pesenti is normally one of my favorite Turley Zins, but this was just too tart and acidic. == Was much better 24 hours later, after vacuumed out the air overnight. Much less tart, but still not a favorite.

  June 1, 2022 - In a great spot…bigger and more pronounced finish than the bottle we drank in January. The finish was long…bery long. Flavor profile and nose were very similar to January. I would drink now, but it has at least a couple of years on it.

  January 28, 2022 - Drink now. Chocolate nose with orange cranberry flavors. Decanted and stated drinking after an hour. Structurally I think this little may have been a little past peak but the flavors were delicious.
