July 1, 2022 - 3.8 Happy Rhone Tuesday @JP Ju-Taï
This Rhone style Syrah from canada has 1% Viognier. Love GSM’s from this area.
Dark Ruby with medium alcohol and high tannins, nose of black Cherry earth tomato vine, plum and green pepper.
Palate has huge acidity, with plum blackberry cranberry green pepper, huge white pepper notes that has a medium finish of cranberry and black pepper
Warmer has more flavour intensity instead of being at 17 degrees Celsius
Cheers

Magnifique. -

July 28, 2021 - One of the best #syrah producers in the valley. This has a nice balance of fruits with savory notes while maintaining freshness. Drinking well now this could cellar 5-8 years.
