March 15, 2019 - Quince, lemon and lime, slightly softer nose than the last bottle. Light body and plenty of acid and a satisfying mineral finish. Elegant and pleasurable, less austere than it was (or than I remember).

October 14, 2018 - Lime, lemon, apples and a bit of mineral stone on the nose. Light body, lots of acid. Well balanced medium length finish. Benchmark basic fresh Grüner.

September 8, 2018 - Smells of pears and stones, quite a weak nose. Surprisingly rich in the mouth, significantly more so than the 2017. Excellent acidity, some peach or pear fruit in the mouth. Good clean finish. Very satisfying wine. Very good value at €11 ab Hof.

July 10, 2018 - Dinner @ Alo (Chef's table) (Alo - 163 Spadina Ave): Still on the Alo pairing line-up. This had some nice hints of green without being overdone. A touch of softness and maybe some floral as well. Easy drinking.
