April 16, 2024 - Super smooth, great nose and legs. Didn't pair well with lemon, olive walnut fussilli that I made. It was best alone.

October 4, 2023 - Enjoyed this bottle over 2 nights. Best at 3rd hour on night 1. Stellar and powerful on night two. Be patient with this wine and the fruits will absolutely open up.

October 2, 2023 - Quite different to my last bottle 2 years ago.
Tighter and more structured, less plush. Lovely though, built with tremendous structure. A mistake not to decant, this would have helped. -

September 14, 2023 - This needs about 2 hours to open up but seemed to drop off after about 4. The Cabernet is really the star in this wine and it's enjoyable when it presents itself. Tannins are almost resolved and not overly acidic. Not sure where it's headed.

August 26, 2023 - Onklers August 23 BYO; 8/26/2023-8/27/2023 (Sindre): Dark red almost black. Nose with lush and dense fruit. Leather, alcohol, tobacco, chocolate and blackcurrants. The palate is much like the nose with coffee in addition. A bit too heavy and jammy for my taste.
