June 19, 2022 - Much better than the last ones. The blackberry has calmed down, faint but pleasant tobacco, nice and supple. I think it has now moved into its drinking window, but I am not in a hurry.

January 1, 2021 - Two bottles with prime rib. Decanted for -2 hours. First bottle was a bit musty on the nose. 2nd bottle was more open—lots of spice and fresh fruit on the nose. Dark fruits on the palate with a med -long finish.
