January 7, 2024 - Still so young, fresh, cesty and full of the typical Grünhaus minerality. The acidity puts the residial sugar into perfect balance.

August 13, 2020 - Popped and slox oxed for 5 hours and enjoyed a few glasses. Delicious Kab. Light on it's feet while showing melon tinged fruit supported by ample acidity and precision. Appropriate RS for a Kab as well. Classically styed.

November 24, 2019 - A beautiful classic Riesling cabinet. In the nose, this beautiful, beguiling slate spice in the background, a yellow, ripe apple, some pineapple, the palate medium bodied and round with a lot of fruity sweetness and fine acidity. The glass is empty so quickly. This style only the Moselle can do.
