Community Tasting Notes 1

November 24, 2012 - Tasted blind, this wine had a medium yellow center and clear rims. The low+ intensity nose featured citrus, white stone, and pears.

In the mouth, this wine was rich but had very strong acidity and a long finish. While it was nice it seemed a bit tight and unresolved.

It is not clear to me that this bottle was entirely representative. Did it need more air. More data points are needed.
