November 1, 2022 - Bright gold in color. 13.8% ABV. Pretty nose of tropical fruits, vanilla bean and lemon oil. Full bodied with mouth watering acidity. Rich and viscous with great mouth feel. Pears, Meyer Lemon and vanilla creme brulee on the palate. Exceptional length on the finish. Decadent Chardonnay that is aging brilliantly. Best over the next 2-3 years.

October 8, 2022 - Decanted two hours planning to drink on its own. First sips quite tart so decided to consume with dinner, seared scallops and au gratin potatoes. Oxidation very apparent, not pleasant = cooking wine. I've been extremely disappointed with KB. So many superior vintners. Caveat emptor.
