December 2, 2023 - Gourmetklubbens femtiosjunde middag hemma hos P+H: Tema Italienskt (P+H, Södermalm): (Disgorged in January 2017, 100% Chardonnay, dosage 4 gr/l)
Lovely maturing nose showing butterscotch, minerals and candied lemons in a very pleasant way. Intense green apples acidity on the palate with a zest bitterness on the mid before the very pleasant butterscotch touch on the finish. Delicious, but should reward further cellaring for sure!

September 2, 2022 - The nose is well balanced, fat, and leaning into a more mature side with red apples, toast, brioche, spiced pears, honeydew melon, roasted nuts, pasty notes, and a touch of stone fruits. The Medium bodied feel is balanced and textured with well integrated and crisp, high acidity. This feel like its right in the zone and should stay at this point for a few more years. This is a good Champagne from Pertois-Lebrun, but the wines they would make in a few more years are a noticeable step up from this.

    September 30, 2017 - (Degorged January of 2017, dosage 4 gr/l, 100% Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs)
Light yellow colour with a stream of fine bubbles lead way for a youthful nose showing hints of mandarin, minerals and a lovely nuttiness. Palate is very creamy with yellow apples and a youthfully light citrus note and a nice long bittersweet mandarin peel finish. Not showing as much of the intensity of the vintage, but instead more structured layers of elegance and creaminess. This was really nice as an aperitif in the last sunlight of the day, and with a promising future to follow for the next decade or so.

June 25, 2017 - Ytterligare en utmärkt BdB 2008. Lite ung och sluten, även efter tid i glaset. Låt vila ngt år.
