November 19, 2017 - Yeast, bread and pastry on the nose with some real intensity to the aromas. Fresh and crisp on the palate with flavours of green apple and some influence from the lees ageing. Having drunk a fair bit of the 2013 vintage Kits Coty Chardonnay I convinced myself I could identify hints of the characteristics of that wine. A fantastic wine and I'm pleased to have tried it but I can't help but feel that for the money the Kits Coty Blanc de Blancs is a much better buy.

May 5, 2017 - Super premium wine made from first pressing and aged in oak
Bruised apples and pastry on the nose
Rich creamy texture, marzipan, concentrated and powerful
Needs time but potentially very good indeed
Savoury finish
